Guest Table – Homemade Meals with Local Products
In our guesthouse Aux Trois Clochers, located in the heart of the Valois region in Oise (Hauts-de-France), we offer homemade meals at our guest table, available for lunch or dinner upon reservation. It’s a wonderful opportunity to share a warm and authentic moment around simple, generous, home-cooked cuisine.
Our guest table highlights local and seasonal products. Some of the ingredients come directly from our garden, where we grow vegetables and aromatic herbs. We also work with local farmers and producers to ensure freshness, quality, and short supply chains.
We produce our own honey from our beehives, and our chickens provide us with fresh eggs every day, used in our dishes and desserts.
Depending on the season, you will enjoy traditional French cuisine, as well as discover some homemade Lithuanian family recipes prepared by Dominyka. We also like to offer a selection of French and Lithuanian cheeses, paired with quality wines.
Our meals often end with a homemade dessert or cake, creating a truly gourmet and convivial experience, in the spirit of a traditional countryside guest table.
